The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 19th century building, on one of the city’s main boulevards, within walking distance to the city centre, universities and restaurants.
The space consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchenette with a dining area and a bathroom. Free Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are just a few of the amenities you will find in the apartment to make you feel right at home. We provide fresh towels for each guest.
We don’t own a private parking space, but if you come by car you can park it on the streets surrounding the property or in a public parking at around 450m away, for an extra fee.
The apartment is located in the same building, on the same floor with My Place Central 1 and together can accommodate 4 people.
