The Central Park Residence consists of 15 fabulous apartments located in a brand new building on Motilor Street, only 3 minutes away from the central park. All units have a free underground parking spot and a balcony.
Each apartment features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed and a bathroom with a shower. Most of the apartments can accommodate up to 4 guests, by using the sofa-bed in the living room. One of the apartments has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Free Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, complimentary coffee and tea are just a few of the amenities you will find in the apartments to make you feel right at home. We provide fresh towels for each guest.
Please note that in order to access the underground parking, you will have to use a car elevator.
Platinia Shopping Center, where you can find lots of shops and restaurants, is 4 minutes away by car and the old town, with its historical landmarks such as St. Michael’s Church, The Art Museum or The History Museum, it’s less than 10 minutes walking distance.
