My flight arrives early in the morning, what time can I check in?
Check in time is after 2PM, but in case we won`t have any guests staying in the apartment the night before your arrival, you can do an early check in free of charge, after 9AM.
Will you provide towels, bed linens and toiletries?
We provide bed linens, towels and hand soap, but not toiletries. Because there might be situations in which you arrive late and have an early meeting, you will find a complimentary 12ml Shampoo/Shower Gel for each guest in the bathroom.
Can I do a late check out?
Check out is before 11AM. Late check out is before 12.30PM, based upon availability. We need to have all the apartments ready for guests before 2PM.
Do you offer an Airport Shuttle?
We do not offer an airport shuttle service, but you can easily book a ride form the airport by using the BOLT app.
