Located on the first floor in a new building with intercom entrance, this cozy studio features a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a private balcony.
Free Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, coffee machine, complimentary coffee and tea are just a few of the amenities you will find in the apartment to make you feel right at home. We provide fresh towels for each guest.
The main bus station is 400m away from the apartment, near “The Office” building, on 21st of December 1989 Street, but you can also easily reach the city centre by foot in 10-15 minutes. We don’t own a private parking space, but if you come by car you can park it on the streets surrounding the property or in a public parking at around 150m away, for an extra fee.
